Support You Can Feel Confident In

Are you under 65 and finding that a little support could help you stay independent, safe and connected? BASSCARE is an approved provider of the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP), designed for people who need assistance with daily activities but don’t qualify for other government-funded services.

Through this program, we can provide subsidised Meals on Wheels, Activity Group sessions and essential supports such as home help services, all created to make everyday life easier while also opening space for confidence and connection.
